Find the Best Fishing Spots in America
WhereIfish provides real-time water quality data from thousands of monitoring stations across all 50 states. Each spot page evaluates the measured water conditions and closures so you can decide before you go.
How We Calculate Fishing Readiness
The readiness score reflects how current and complete a station's public data is — how recently it reported and how many parameters it carries. It is a data-availability signal, not a grade of the water itself. The direct assessment of water conditions — dissolved oxygen, pH, temperature, turbidity and bacteria — is shown on each spot page, where those measured values are evaluated.
